By Notice of Dermination contained in a letter dated January 11, 2017 the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs regarding Local Government Ethics Law Complaint #LFB-16-015 was dismissed and now closed against former Councilwoman Ellen Zamechansky.  The investigation of Ellen Zamechansky by the County Prosecutor has also found that there is no basis for criminal action.
