Joint Land Use Board

 

The Joint Land Use Board is responsible for reviewing and making determinations with regard to subdivision, site plan, and conditional use applications, and variance applications in connection with subdivision and site plan review. The Planning Board reviews and makes recommendations as to zoning ordinances and amendments thereto, capital improvement projects, the official land use map, and other matters referred to it by the Borough's governing body. The Joint Land Use Board is also responsible for the preparation and adoption of the Master Plan that guides land use development in the Borough.
