Leaf Pickup

Leaf pickup begins October 17, 2022 and ends the second week of December.

Leaves may be placed in the street along the curb. Leaves may be put in bio-degradable leaf bags.

DO:

• Place leaves in the street at curb, leave room for rainwater to run along the curb line.
• If you bag your leaves, use only brown biodegradable paper leaf bags.
• Once your leaves have been picked up, wait at least 2 days before putting out new piles.
• Remove basketball hoops from leaf pile pickup areas.

DO NOT:

• Place any leaf pile within 10 feet of a storm water basin. **THIS IS A VIOLATION OF STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS**
• Put leaves or blow leaves into the storm water basin or brooks.
• Park on top of leaf piles.
• Park your vehicle in the street blocking leaf pile pickup.
• Place leaves or branches on brough owned property, right of ways, or parks.
